FNB gluttons for charges

FNB is very quick to charge R105 for unpaid items. I had a shortage of less than R50 when the debit order went off at midnight while I was asleep. They didn't even give me a chance to pay the small difference. I pay the equivalent of a car insurance for banking fees just to be treated like this. I am really over recurring abuse from FNB and their useless consultants on the online chat in the FNB app.
