fnb GLOBAL TRADER IS VERY HARD TO USE

FNB GLOBAL TRADER PLATFORM - cant get any support , been holding on the phone for a simple password reset / help for 25 mins??? i called othshepeng at 10.50am , veronica at 1pm and lorraine at 3pm (lorraine was very good ,and tried her best ) unfortunately the global trader website wont accept my password again !! help
