FNB giving the run around

I have attempted to contact FNB close to 15 times to query a debt from 2010. All i get is a new number to call but no assistance. Very frustrated with the service. Nobody seems to know the correct department to transfer to and everytime i get transferred to the \Correct Dept"I'm told its not the right dept and transferred or hung up on!"""
