FNB please refund the amount of R209.99 taken from my account today please.

I logged a request last on the 20/03/2020 with one of your consultants Limpho Litua.

I completed a form & provided a statement as well other supporting documents. only to find out that I wasted my time & energy.

please advise if I should close my account, this money I ****EN worked hard for.
