FNB Giving me a Run Around - Delictual Claim

I seriously don't know what else to do with FNB. They have a lady who called very very rude Mpho Dlamini and she didn't help the situation. She made it worse.

FNB are refusing to attend to my delictual claim. in 2023 they filed an application on my behalf to the reserve bank, and the application was denied in May 2024 and they didn't give me this feedback. They forgot according to them. Mind you I pay fees monthly for them to provide me service.

I discovered when my money started getting blocked that my application was not successful. FNB need to pay for this error from their side. Please anyone who can assist, please help. I am exhausted due to this run around I am getting from FNB. They are not considerate at all. Very selfish and rude.
