Fnb giving a 65 year old money recklessly.

My FNB account has no funds in it due to no income. FNB returned a debit order payment end of March due to no funds available. End of April FNB pays double the amount even though my account was empty. At 65 years old, FNB gives me an overdraft without my knowledge. My previous problem was eventually sorted but I am still being charged for insurance on the overdraft account and then further charged for there being no money in my account. FNB is really taking people for a ride
