Fnb gives the most pathetic service

Whenever I go to make a deposit at fnb athlone it takes always more than 30min to deposit and no I cannot deposit it at the atm due to the acc I deposit to.... I had enough of this....if I go to capitec bank I don't wait longer than 5min to deposit...
