FNB gives TELKOM a hand in holding my funds hostage

First National Bank is my bank, but they do not OWN MY money, I should have authority over my money. Telkom is busy de*****ing us, by having reserved funds on our debit card, but not giving us the data, saying the transaction was cancelled. FNB on the other hand has proven that the funds are reserved on our debit card for TELKOM. However, Telkom is not banking the transaction, as they say it was cancelled, and they REFUSE to talk to FNB.

FNB as my bank, and ultimately caretaker of MY money, refuses to help us out of the scenario. We are now short of R 1055, which is floating somewhere in cyberspace, being reserved and hence not available on my account, and never being banked by Telkom. FNB refuses to reverse the reservation, something that can easily be done by card authorisations dept. We have told them we will send them the email conversations between us and Telkom, which includes a screengrab off Telkom's system stating the transaction was cancelled. We sent in a dispute form, but it still cannot be reversed as TELKOM refuses to request a cancellation, as they say the transaction was cancelled. It is an untennable situation, and FNB is in effect aiding and abetting TELKOM in de*****ing me. FNB states that the amount will stay in pending for 6 months, and only then will will it reverse. I am not a millionaire and cannot wait this long.
