FNB gives employee access to business account on online profile

FNB linking my business online banking to my employee profile. When phoning them she doesnt give me time to explain just keeps talking not giving me a chance. Worst service of my life, we have been to the bank to correct this 2 months later the employee has access to our bank account again.
