FNB - give me my money back!

FNB pride themselves in being so "progressive". BUT when *****sters clone your card and ***** R80k from your account you will NOT get feedback in 2 weeks. You wont get your money back without a fight. They use the app and all its fancy functions NOT to have to deal with a person. They obviously have a short code for "We apologise for the inconvenience" etc. FNB, give me my money back now.
