FNB ghost charges.

I'm extremely frustrated with FNB. Six months ago, I switched from Capitec due to unexplained missing funds. Unfortunately, I've experienced similar issues with FNB. Recently, someone sent me R2100, but R500 was deducted without explanation. This recurring problem has been ongoing for too long, and I'm fed up. I'm closing my account this month due to these unacceptable discrepancies. I'm disappointed, as I initially spoke highly of FNB when I made the switch. This money was meant for something else.
