FNB Ghandi Square security violence

The security on duty hit the employees phone out of his hand and broke the screen and the back of the phone I went to FNB branch in Ghandi Square to try and solve it with Samuel the branch manager and he said he would have done the same thing SHOCKING service from a manager from FNB , he didn’t try help solve the issue I am opening a case with SAPS as he assulted me the guard and I have proof as well and your manager at FNB ghandi square you feel very intimidated with him after trying to solve it with him bidwest security so FNB and bidvest wait for my case number poor service and I want a new phone !
