Fnb, Ghandi Square Branch incompetency, lack of professionalism and cooperation.

Hi Peter, want to share my frustrating experience with FNB. SARFAWU's account was closed by FNB Johannesburg branch Ghandi square under Nelisiwe Masuku's management since Dec last year. Despite multiple attempts to resolve, no assistance from Customer Care, ***** Dept, or the branch. Account frozen due to ex-employee's actions, now we're stuck.
