FNB getting worse every year.

I app**** for a personal loan last week Friday on my banking app, I got a message saying the loan was approved and they set up a debicheck, I was then requested to submit an SAFPS letter and do my finger print verification at my nearest branch before the funds could be deposited into my account. I did all of that and still no funds deposited into my account.

It is Friday again today so 7 whole days and still no update or progress for a personal loan application.

Disappointed to say the least.
