Fnb gets worse

Always the same problem Mis-information Never follow through Having the same problem every 3 - 4 months Service advisors hanging up, this is a real problem FNB Your phone staff needs some training and by some i mean lots Service advisers stating they will transfer you only to hang up I spent 40minutes of my time trying to get a resolution or response from this institution but again like so many who have to deal with you Jo joy and total frustration with the level and really poor level of service Oh please dont forget your fees, You should be ashamed of the service provided You get 1 star because 0 is jot an option
