FNB get your user acceptance done by customers please!

I cannot believe how difficult it is to try and get help from these guys!!!! Their banking app is incredibly cumbersome and full of snags, and on top of it, when you try and phone you get put through to the nastiest automated call centre excuse for customer service, which either doesn't work or continually cuts you off!!!!!
