FNB get your affairs in order

In actual fact 1 star is too much. I have never come across such incompetence in my life! A simple task to transfer money between accounts with an annoying error saying that our limit has been exceeded, which it has not. Calling customer care for assistance is an absolute nightmare! After 9 calls and numerous transfers to different departments I finally came across someone that seemed to know what they are doing. But to have to jump through so many hoops to get assistance for something as simple as this, is just not on!
