FNB get your act together

I really had enough of FNB messing me around. I have been making endless calls and sent countleas emails and still nothing has been resolved. I received the Covid 19 loan and requested my contract. Keep in mind I only needed it for 2 debits and on the contract there is 4. One of the 4 is for FNB Connect, money I do not owe FNB. And for some reason Ive been transferred from one agent to the other and then call gets cut. Please anyone reading this that has received the loan ask for the contract. I am going to pay back a big loan when I only needed a small one, for money I do not owe FNB which is a matter that needs to get resolved now!
