FNB get you hhouse in order and get a hold of me asap

I once held an account with FNB Lakeside Mall, but this account was closed without any form of notification to me. Initially I was in the process of migrating my account into a non-resident account. That is another hurdle that has left me questioning my sanity. As I have been sent from pillar to post. I digress. My current account was closed without notice and I only discovered this when I was to receive a large sum of money. That money bounced back to the person who made the payment immediately. Part of that money was to be used to pay of the R900 accumulated in banking fees. I approached the personal bankers on the app. That was an unfortunate waste of time as none could tell me that the account was closed. So I went in branch and explained my predicament, that is when they told me that the account was closed as it had been inactive for 3 months. Hold on, my account was once inactive for that peruod of time but it was still active. Fine, I told the consultant that I have bank fees that need to be paid off. How do I go about it. I got no response. This week I received smses saying they will take money from my savings account to pay for those fees that I had been querying about. And to top it off, I have been given until the end of the month of January to pay those bank fees. Now if COMMMON SENSE was COMMON, you would have furnished me with the banking details for where I should do the payment. I have been asking for where I should do that payment but nobody has given me the specific details. As you can see, I have been wantinng to make this payment for a long time. FNB GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER ASSEBLIEF, litigation solves nothing but it's an expense I cannot afford.

PLEASE GET SOMEBODY WHO HAS COMMON SENSE TO GET A HOLD OF ME WITH THE CORRECT BANKING DETAILS.
