Fnb Germiston is a **** branch

My account was closed after 3 months of not using it, no one at FNB noticed me, then because i lost my job i got money from uif sent to my account i was told it was sent back, however when i called uif they told me they checked with their accounts department and the money is not on their side, i then callef compliants which they advice to that the money was in the suspence accounts, she adviced that i should go to the branch and get the funds available to me, i went to Germiston branch and never got any help, the consultant manager Ingrid told me i need to go to eastgate, when i went to eastgate on saturday they couldnt assist because it was a saturday, then advised that i can go the any branch and they can assist me, the nearest branch to where i stay Germiston i went there again and Ingrid was rude and told me they cant assist the funds where sent back, i was so surprised! !this branch is usefull im so sick and tired can someone please help me, please close that ****** branch and get people who care about clients. Can someone please help me i need my money!
