FNB ***** & GBV - BLOCKING BANK PROFILE

In Jul 2023, reported a *****ulent transaction on my credit card. Since then I've had my entire banking profile blocked and FNB just want bank fees and payment when I have no access to my available funds or acc no's. They refused to process my loss of income claim as I lost my job due to GBV and being stranded in JHB due to blocked bank and credit cards where I was supposed to have R12k available to live on. I had to get the merchant to refund the *****ulent amount of R20455 -that only happened after I spent weeks pushing the case and showed on my credit card only in Oct- so my whole life is messed up thanks to FNB I now have to sell my vandalised JHB investment property whilst I live in my car in Cape Town !! Being disabled and with chronic illnesses - only God has kept me alive. No family too embarrassed to ask friends to help. Preparing for High court urgent application against them now. Been waiting on NFOSA to investigate
