I received a 5 star service from the FNB Gateway branch today. Sabelo assisted me in a very efficient manner and showed expert skills, abilities and experience in performing his tasks. It is not everyday that you receive such a level of service. I think that this employee is much more suitable for a management role because his engagement with clients and his fellow colleagues are unmatched. I wish Sabelo all the best for his career with FNB and hope that other employees can learn from him. Keep up the good work, I will not be surprised if another financial institution snatches him away.
