FNB Gardens **** Service

I had a very bad experience with FNB. I don't earn much, it was payday. I had to find out that I couldn't get my salary as I need to FICA, which is not the bank's fault. It is how they treated me. The manager was very arrogant. And while I'm standing there stressed, she just walked away and helped one of her regulars. This person didn't have to wait like me. There was a young black lady working in the branch, who could see I was frantic, and she was trying to help. When she asked her colleague, he just gave her a funny look. They showed they had no empathy, except for that lady. I don't like going there, as went to FNB Promenade a few days later, the same problem. However they helped me, and yes I had the correct documents. FNB Gardens lack in customer service, especially the Branch Manager
