FNB Galleria staff are tops.

I had a big problem with a ***** case, the call centre, ***** centre and the helpline could not assist. I am so thankful for the 2 people from FNB Galleria, the bank Manager and Gillian business manager, who did everything and anything to try and assist me. After almost 2 months I got a full refund and I do not think it would have been possible without them. You guys are amazing, thank you.
