FNB Galleria mall and FNB help line

I went to fnb Galleria Mall to report a ***** debit order.I was assisted by a Indian male staff.He was arrogant,complaining why I am coming to bank to query it,it not safe for him to b at work due to covid 19.He stated he is putting his Life at risk coming to work.He gave me a fnb care site to go on.Went on site,lodged complaint,got a response,I get a response in 2 working days,.Gone 1 week, still no help or call from fnb care.Terrible service from fnb bank Galleria Mall and fnb care site.Mrs P Singh isipingo hills durban kzn.
