FNB FX - unauthorised removal of funds from account.

Be warned, FNB FX can remove funds from your forex account without your consent. The Do this under the guise of the prescribed period of 28 days has expired. Which in my case did not. Now there are no trace of this money and FNB FX can not give reckoning of when this money went.
