FNB Fusion Premier Account

FNB is becoming a new **** nowadays especially when it comes to debit orders. I received a message from them today saying that there's a personal loan which I didn't pay then I wondered how so since well that's the first debit order that goes off before my salary could reflect. To my surprise, when I transferred funds from my savings account to the main account, I wanted to do an immediate payment to my other bank account, i find out that they tried debiting on my account on the 25th meanwhile our contract is to debit on the 27th. I'm tired of trying to be patient with them because every time I ask their consultants, they can't even give me clarity of every cent that goes out of my account. I guess it's time I take my salary elsewhere because this is a serious inconvenience and I'm going to end up having a bad credit score due to their incompetency.
