FNB FUSION FEE REDUCTION ON ACCOUNT IM NO LONGER USING

Please help. I made arrangements to pay my FNB Fusion account off. I am struggling financially and did some restructuring of my own. When looking at my monthly fee. It is more than the arrangements I made with you. I am no longer using the account and thank you for your service. But I would like to know if you cannot waiver or reduce the fee as my salary is no longer going into this account. I will be eft'ing my monthly arrangement. But no other transactions will be going off the account.

Can you please provide me a cheaper fee as R179 a month for an account that im not transacting on is a bit much.

Your consultant told me your recovery team can assist with making the reduction. I tried getting hold of them but they never answer.

All im asking is for a bit of help through these unheard of times with COVID 19.
