FNB Fusion account S##t service

I am extremely disappointed in FNB I was contacted by them to be migrated to a fusion account. Once I had agreed im them debited account fees in Prorata how do you charge prorata on a customer existing on your account. I've already paid my account fees for the month and being billed again account fees all in the name of pro rata. This is theft by a bank and im disappointed to the highest level.
