FNB FUSION

I called in customer service to ask a very basic question regarding this 'fusion account' that I've got.

the lady on the call told me to hold on, 25 mins later i put the phone down.

now I'm on my second call, currently on hold at 16 mins.

it seems that no one knows what this fusion account is about?

i use to love banking with FNB but in recent times the service is just pathetic, operators have no knowledge of the products, they only know how to sell them, but don't know how to maintain or answer follow ups.
