FNB funeral policy you can not trust it

The experience me and my family got from FNB funeral cover claims it really put us in a stressful and painfully position. Since last week Tuesday (10th October 2023) i claimed on my mothers policy till today they havent paid the policy. I had to borrow money to take my mothers body out of the funeral parlor because FNB always have stories even today i called to find out what is happening but they failed to assist me. The person i borrowed money from shes coming nonstop and embarrassing me and my children. As i tyoe this shes outside demanding to take my furniture.
