Fnb funeral policy money ******
Fnb stole from me .. I had a policy with them . My cover was changed with no authorisation . I have documentation that my cover was R30 000 in March 2021 . When I claimed in January fpr my niece pass on . FNB only paid R10 000 . My documents was send by you FNB . Why are you not responding to my emails .how many Custermor do you do thos to . And when you experience a loss in your family. You dont think your bank would do thia to you .

- My niece passed on the 13 January
- Complaint was lodged on 19th January 2022
- Its tje 14 th February ... today I received another message I should wait 5 working days .
- Where is the rest of my policy money First National bank .
- How many clients will loose money in the intereem of policy payout being changed without there authorization .
- Q is will the beneficiary even no .
