Fnb funeral policy is a ****

I have been debited 3 times this month for my funeral policy. My debit order date is the end of the month But I was debited twice on the 17th and again yesterday. Who gave you permission to go into my account as you please. I’m total an amount of R3000 has been debited leaving me with nothing. I only get paid month end. How am I expected to survive until then? I already have my home loan with Fnb and if this is the service I’m getting, I’m going to cancel my funeral policy and take my home loan to another bank. The service is really appalling lately with Fnb. I’ve been with FNB for 13 years and I’m no longer happy. Please return my money and debit only when you are supposed to
