FNB Funeral Policy

My Mother passed away recently and she always reminded us for the past 5 or more years that sha had a funeral policy at FNB that was given to Customers with an account. Phoned and Policy was Cancelled. Then When asked who cancelled it was told maybe policy holder we should ask her. This was aftwe we told her she passed away. So yes again a issue paying out a claim and a consultend being totaly passed incompetant. And we dont need that money believe me just the princaple. Will never have any account or policy with FNB.
