Fnb funeral policy

What a very poor service I am getting at fnb life, they requested I send FICA documents in January 2021in order for me to be able to make changes to my policy , and I did on the 7th of January already, every week I am sending documents making follow up to no satisfaction, I've been sent from pillar to post, am emailed by a different person every day, so I want all the money that I have ever paid to this stupid policy full of *********** employees, cause I need to add my son but I can't because someone at FNB life cannot do their job
