FNB Funeral Plan Claim

My father had a funeral cover with FNB and now that he is deceased, they have all possible reasons not to pay out.

It’s been two weeks now since I made the claim as his beneficiary and the funds still haven’t reflected. They also lack communication because I have to be the one to constantly make contact.

Everyday they tell me that the issue is being escalated but I get the same feedback and no progress. I’m not happy with this because this money was supposed to help us ensure he has a dignified burial but they refusing to send the funds.

I don’t know what to do anymore.
