FNB Funeral Plan

Good day, I have had a Fnb Funeral Plan since 2001. It's been 24 years and now I have received an sms on the 19 March 2024 stating that my Plan has now lapsed and I cannot seem to understand as to how it got to that point. Every month without fail, FNB has been able to deduct from my account in order for my plan to be activate. I am truly disappointed and need assistance in getting back my FNB Funeral Plan reinstated, as I cannot have my money going to waste and should something happen to me or my beneficiarys I would need to claim from it. Your assistance would be of great help
