FNB Funeral Nightmare

My funeral Policy changed and my daughter deleted/cancelled and i only learn fom an ugrades agent trying to sell me more cover. I called FNB and they said i did it, how could i not remember? I need help and not FNB trying to justify that i deleted my daughter. I am not betting the Lotto but i also need to be treated faily by FNB. I have had this policy since 2019 and only in 2024 i get told this. I am really very unhappy with how FNB handled this. I got put through to another lady earlier today to investigate further from the upgrades Dpt but she was not helpful and didnt care what i said as long i could hear what she wanted to say. Yes, I am frustrated, but No i am not stupid.

I sent an email to care@fnb today as well to express my dissapointment.
