FNB Funeral / Life department

Hopefully I'll get assistance through this review. I've sent two emails to FNB Life regarding my Funeral plan with them, it's been a week and I haven't received a response. A debit was loaded on 27/12/2024 funds still have not been allocated and my plan still reflects as in arrears. I also made an EFT payment 24/12/24 , also waiting for that funds to be allocated. I've been a client with FNB for a couple of years and this is the worst service I've ever received.
