Policy Number : FI*** i requested FNB to cancel this policy before trial time end twice, they only responded after the trial end date telepathically telling me that am not going to get my previews 2 month debited premium of R249 p/m because of the trial time ended and i disagreed with the agent. She told me she will do investigation and they will comeback to me. i be leave they have records and they could manage to see as to when i filed my request. i take this shows that this is one of insurance day light *******.
