FNB Funeral Insurance is Trash !!!

I am beyond furious with FNB funeral insurance, i have been their loyal customer for more then 2 years and never ever missed any premiums for my funeral cover FI***, this year June i lost my spouse and did a claim , up until now the claim has not paid out and everytime i call then , they tell me the same story that the claim is with their senior Assessors and no contact or feedback has been given to me via email or text! I am suppose to call every month to check up on this claim! I would advise people to cancel their policy insurance with FNB as they really not professionals, its been 6months full now and no pay out and i have funeral debts to pay as i took out loans to burry my husband 😔😔😔
