Received a call from one of their call centre agents Gugulethu Ndebele I was so impressed with her service . She was telling me about the funeral cover fnb offers and wanted to do a quote for me to see if I cannot move from my current insurer to fnb. I noticed and valued her respect for my opinions and she never got tired of my questions she answered all of them in a satisfactory manner. When we saw my mom was too old to be part of my cover with fnb she offered me an alternative option without pushing me or trying to force me to move to fnb funeral cover like I've experienced with other service providers before. She really is an A+ sales agent when she was done she politely said I am sorry we couldn't get a cover that suits your needs. Thank you for taking my call, and have a good evening. Wow. Thank you FNB for training your sales team I just wish you can offer the same training to other service providers more products will be sold if they treat a client or potential client like Gugulethu Ndebele treated me on the phone call we had yesterday.
