FNB FUNERAL HORR

I have a funeral with fnb and they did me dirt and they don't even care - I received money in my account on the 23rd may 2025 and they went to my account and deducted which that was my bus fare to load on my card so I can go to work but noo all they know is to say THATS IS AN ABP DEBIT ...I don't care how can they deduct on the wrong date that's was not our agreement and they now don't want to refund me and I no longer want their policy...FNB I WANT MY REFUND WITH YOUR RUDE AGENTS PLEASE SINCE YOUR AGENT **** AND SAID I WILL RECEIVE A CALL REGARDING MY ISSUE EVEN NOW NEX...I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE AND CANCEL MY POLICY.
