FNB FUNERAL DOUBLE DEBITS

I have a funeral cover with FNB whereby premium for March 2024 returned unpaid due to insufficient funds in account, In April a double debit order went off which I understood, May it went off as normal, in June a double debit order went off, July again. Called yesterday and today, yesterday's consultant says May returned, today it's April that returned. I called them with a statement in front of me so as my policy premium history then the explanation is that they will investigate and call back, same story I had yesterday. I just want my money back as it is meant for something else and I can't be double debited every month for one missed premium.
