FNB funeral cover *****ulent activities?

At a time of grief FNB is doing the worst to me! I did the funeral cover and secured my mom as well so that if anything happens to her then I can pay for her funeral. Next thing my mom passes on and when I log a claim they tell me she’s not covered it only covers me and suddenly on the app my mom’s name is not there . ***** if you ask me!
