Fnb funeral cover the worst!!!

Fnb funeral cover is the worst funeral cover I’ve ever experienced. So far I’ve had to claim twice from my fnb funeral cover since 2021. They claim to pay out within 48 hours but that’s a big lie. In March 2021 I claimed after my aunt passed away, they paid after 10 days. Recently I lost my uncle and submitted all the required documents on 14 May 2026 and they took it to the next level and paid after 14 days. These people are insensitive, uncaring and disrespectful.
