Fnb funeral cover

I honestly don't know what to do anymore. My fnb funeral cover doesn't deduct and then it end up being canceled. This is not the first time I write here. I feel hopeless and angry at the same time because I have been contributing to my funeral cover for so many years and I cannot just let my money go to waste and if fnb cannot resolve this problem can I have all my contributions back guys honestly. Last time I wrote here I got calls and thought everything is sorted . Here I am again
