FNB funeral cover Dispute

I am not happy at all. FNB deducted R178 for their funeral cover yesterday on the 15 April 2025 and my agreement with them is they deduct at the end of every month. I contacted theirs chat team to request refund the agent told me that it won't be refunded, she didn't even want to understand the reason I am requesting the refund. However she was quick to log a call to terminate my funeral cover contract with them which clearly indicates that she doesn't care about my needs as an FNB client. They decucted on the money that is not even mine in the 1st place. FNB please refund this money today.
