FNB Funeral Cover Department very selfish.

I just upgraded my funeral insurance cover & premium to R119 in Jan 2020. Then boom, I'm told I need to increase again with no benefits to R126. I am left with 11 months to enjoy my R119. Its very very unfair as FNB is now selfish at its core. Even ****y Gugu didn't have help me in anyway. Please assists with this issue as soon as possible.
