FNB Funeral Cover administrative zoo

The absolute pathetic administration of FNB Funeral Cover is scary considering that a funeral cover should be "peace of mind" and an act of an individual trying to make provision. FNB Funeral Cover team my reference number was apparently the date that I first phoned 17.09.2019 at 12:23 in my quest to sort this out. Sibongile was going to return my call. Aparently a supervisor. That call is still coming. On the 28th of January 2019 I received a sms that if I should wish to change my debitorder date to the 1st of each month, I should reply yes. I did that and it shows clearly on my phone that the message went through! Yet Fnb continue to try and debit my account on the 23rd of each mont, resulting in 4 unpaid entries with charges to me. A person really get so sick and tired of trying to sort out work that should have been done properly. I insist that the charges that was put onto my fnb cheque account be reversed. If some part of your administrative process does not work properly, or rather at all, it is NOT the client's fault
